unboxing But before unboxing let me tell you, when I purchased it then I unbox
it right at the store, Because if you are purchasing this much costly item then
its obvious to check if there is any dent inside To check if the laptop is in
proper legit condition So I would suggest you also, if you are purchasing this
machine or any other expensive device then unbox it right at the store And yess
we have packed up everything back And here, this is its box packaging where you
get to see the laptop's image in the front They have mentioned MacBook Pro's
branding on the side of the box And you can see, on the back you get to see its
specifications Like it has 16 gb of Ram, SSD of 512 gb and they have mentioned
a lot of features that we'll checkout in the blog ahead
So as we
unbox it, they have provided the actual laptop wrapped in butter paper
So let's
remove the wrap over it, it's always a very amazing experience to unbox an
Apple device And here, The laptop feels little bit heavy in initial first
impressions And little bulky also... they have provided engraving of MacBook
pro in the bottom of the laptop And overall build looks very premium, so let's
put this laptop aside for now Then they have provided a compartment in the
bottom where you get its a lot of user manual And here they have provided two
Black color Apple stickers also Then here you get to see the power charging
brick which is of 67Watts and they have provided its Macsafe charging cable
also i.e. type-c to Macsafe And they have provided braided cable also that
feels of very premium quality So this is that actual laptop, so first I want to
talk about its built quality So you get it in completely space grey color
you'll two color variants Space grey and silver, here we have opt for space
grey variant Plus they have used 100% recyclable aluminium material So its
built is very premium Considering its thickness in comparison with old MacBook
it would be little bit thick visible to you
Because
they have brought back all the ports that you used to get in previous MacBooks So
talking about the ports, on the right hand side you get a SDXC card reader slot
Then they've included thunderbolt 4 port in it, Full size HDMI port is also
visible On the left hand side, you get Magsafe 3.0, Two thunderbold 4 port and 3.5mm
jack also And now talking about the weight, then its total weight is around 1.6
KGs And here at the bottom of the laptop they've provided very nice embossing
of MacBook Pro Talking about one hand opening then you can open it with single
hand very easily The built of this laptop is very amazing You get all new magic
keyboard
also in it Here the key travel distance in
this keyboard is very amazing It feels very tactile whenever you are typing on
it And you get to see back lit lighting in it that's very bright In the right
hand side, they've included fingerprint scanner also in this keyboard That's a
power button also and fingerprint scanner here is very much responsive You can
see it unlocks your laptop within a second And talking about the touch pad here
then you get a force touch pad They have provided this touch pad in very big
size Along with that you get multi touch and gesture support also So in all,
the build of this laptop is very premium And yes, here I'm missing out one
thing They have brought back the ports But if they would've given Type- A port
also then it would be great... But no problem Now let's move to its display So
here they've provided notch display So the notch you get in Iphones, you get
similar kind of notch in this MacBook pro also And talking about the display
resolution so they have provided display with resolution 3024x1964 Which you
can call a 3.2K display also And this a 14.2inch liquid retina HDR display In
which you get 1000000:1 contrast ratio and they've provided wider color Gamut
also in it So you'll get very bright and vivid colors visible in it Talking
about the brightness then you get peak brightness of 1600 nits And to test
brightness we played 8K HDR content also on youtube and yess you can play 8K
HDR content also in it on youtube Where its peak brightness will be visible to
you that is of 1600 nits And most important thing is that you get refresh rate
of 120hz in it That Apple calls here pro motion display And because of 120hz
display, you'll feel very smooth whenever you are using this laptop And if you
want to add external display then you can add two external 6k displays So you
get to see very amazing display here Display is of 3.2k with 120htz refresh
rate You'll get to see very amazing brightness also And now let's move to one
more upgrade i.e. its processor So here they have provided Apple's M1 pro
chipset that comes with 8-core CPU Where they've provided 6 performance core
and 2 efficiency core in it Plus, you get to see 14 core GPU They have provided
16 core Neural engine Talking about the storage then they've provided 16GB RAM
and 512GB SSD
So the
configuration here is very amazing, talking about the upgrades... Then you can
upgrade RAM of 32GB and can upgrade SSD of 8TB also And all these upgrades you
can get on Apple's official website and you can upgrade it on some Apple store
also And if you want to upgrade SSD of 8TB then you have to pay an amount of 2
lakh 40 thousand rupees So overall its very expensive for the MacBook pro But
my suggestion would be... Rather than upgrading after purchase, you should
directly purchase the model you want For Example.. 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD or 2TB SSD
Purchase all this directly And yes, this laptop is a productive based laptop So
first let's move towards its productive applications, so we tested Adobe
Premier Pro in it In Adobe premier pro, you can see we added three to four
layers in it Where we imported 4K 60fps file in it that's an 8 bit file And
here I don't feel any lag in it Means we added a lot of effects in it Plus, we
added titles, call outs also, But still I didn't feel any type of lag in this
software Along with that we tested final Cut pro also in it Where we added 7
layers of 4K 60fps & 8 bit And here we created a very big timeline of
approximately 1 hour 1 minute And in this software also I didn't feel any type
of lag So I personally felt this thing very amazing We added 7 layers of 4K
60fps & 8 bit And it was a very big timeline of approximately 1 hour But
still I didn't feel any type of lag here So this is the power of Apple's M1 pro
chipset And additionally we tested Garage Band also in it Personally I don't
know how to use garage band But here our team member composed a music in it And
in this software also, we didn't feel any type of lag We used Built in plugins
in it, and you can do multi track recording also with the help of it And
overall performance of Garage band was very smooth in it And along with that we
tested Photoshop also in it and it was working buttery smooth I didn't feel any
type of lag in this software And on display also, very accurate colors will be
visible to you in the Photoshop It's a productive laptop so you won't feel any
lag in it Even if you'll import 4K 10 bit file in it still it's going to work
very smooth People have edited files of 8K also in it And their editing also
was going very smooth And here you get dual fan setup in this laptop that'll
provide you very amazing cooling We did so much complicated editing Still the
fans didn't turn on
It turned
on slightly but fans used to turn on intensively in the MacBook pro of previous
generation that I was using But I didn't feel that in this laptop So you get to
see very stable thermals in this laptop And now let's move to its benchmarks so
we performed benchmarks of gig bench 5 in it Where we got single core score of
1727 And multi core scores of 9539 Then we performed benchmark test of
Cinebench R23 also where we got multi core scores of 9576 and single core score
of 1526 And we also tested read and write speed of Internal SSD where we got very
amazing write speed of 4.5Gbps and read speed of 5.4Gbps So the benchmark
scores were very amazing especially its read and write speed Now let's move to
some of its additional features So here you get to see Full HD webcam where
they provided Advance image signal processing and it gives very amazing quality
of footage And we compared it with webcam of Window's laptop also And clearly the webcam footage of MacBook pro is
very nice And we placed some lights also at the back but still the quality of
image that comes out here, I personally liked it so much And talking about the
connectivity here then you get WIFI 6 through help of which you'll get faster
upload and faster download in it Then they've provided Bluetooth version 5.0
also in it And taking about the speaker, then they've provided 6 speaker setup
here Where you get front firing and down firing speaker set up in it So here
I'll play a sample video in which you can hear its sound quality
In actual
you'll get to hear its sound quality much better than you heard just now
Because
the MacBook I used before this, compared to it, sound is very amazing here And
all the laptops that I tested until now This laptop has THE BEST sound quality Now
let's come to its most important aspect that's its battery So here you get
battery of 70-WH and in typical use scenario you'll get 7-8 hours of battery
life
and yes,
here you get Macsafe charger They've provided Macsafe 3.0 in it So it just gets
stick here magnetically and they've provided 67watts power charging bug also
So you can
charge the laptop with the help of it and you can directly charge this laptop
with thunder bolt 4 port also And here Apple claims that if you are watching
movies on this laptop then you'll get battery life of 17 hours So I personally
felt that battery life is very amazing here... I'm using it since 2-3 days And
I was getting battery life of roughly 7-8 hours So If I would give final
conclusion of this laptop then I would say its very amazing Here's 3.2K
display, they've provided refresh rate of 120htz and battery life is also
amazing here Processor is above the line, If you are working on productive
application then I would say this laptop is fully worth it And now let's come
to its pricing, so this laptop will be available to you in price of 1,94,900
rupees And in the starting of this video I told you that I purchased it in
price of just 99,900 rupees So I'm going to tell you how I purchased it First
of all you'll get HDFC discount of 10,000 rs After applying this, you'll get
this laptop in price of 1,84,900rs So I added that discount here... Now after
that If you have GST no. and you want to take GST credit So I took GST credit
also in it I got GST credit of 30,000 rs And after taking the GST credit, this
laptop cost me at price of 1,54,900rs And the old Macbook that I had, old
MacBook pro Intel core i5 touchbar edition that I exchanged
And I got
its valuation of 55,000 rs so after adding all these things this laptop cost me
at price of 99,900 rs And if you don't have GST no. then you can go for HDFC
discount, if you have old Macbook or any other laptop you can directly exchange
it here And if you have GST no. then its great, you're going to get very
amazing discount So like this I applied this much discounts and purchased this
